Do I need Wi-Fi to use Zoundz?

Yes, the Zoundz system requires Wi-Fi to both play our library of music and connect to your smart speakers.

What if I move offices?

No problem! If you move offices, you will simply need to reset your speakers once your new Wi-Fi system is in place. Please contact us at ZoundzForPets.com for assistance with office moves.

I am a Groomer. Can I use Zoundz Music For Pets?

Of course! The Zoundz Music For Pets™ program is perfect for Groomers. If you have a mobile setup that doesn’t allow for Wi-Fi, please contact us at ZoundzForPets.com for further assistance.

I need more than 10 speakers or have more than one location. How can I subscribe to Zoundz?

Excellent! We are excited to hear you are considering Zoundz. Please contact us at ZoundzForPets.com and we can help you customize a solution for your specific needs.

I forgot my password to the online system or the Zoundz Music For Pets app. How can I reset it?
  • You can reset your password for the online subscription portal anytime by visiting the login page at ZoundzForPets.com and selecting the “Forgot
    Password” link.
  • The app does not require a permanent password. If you are ever logged out, simply log back in by entering your email and we will send a one-time
    login password to your email address. For further support please never hesitate to contact us at ZoundzForPets.com.
What should I do my Zoundz Music won’t play?

There are a couple of quick troubleshooting steps we recommend trying. If those steps don’t solve the problem, contact us at www.ZoundzForPets.com Check to make sure your speaker has not been disconnected from its power source.

  • Check to make sure your Wi-Fi is on and connected to the internet.
  • Check to make sure that you are not logged out of your Zoundz account and/or your smart speakers by opening the app on the account
    owner’s device.
  • Try logging out of and into the app.
  • If you can’t log into the app, try logging into the billing portal at ZoundzForPets.com to make sure your billing method is up to date.
  • Check the app store for potential updates to the Zoundz app.
How do I give my clients the Zoundz Music For Pets app?

Provide your clients with one of the customized “Gift Cards” you received in your Zoundz Music For Pets™ Welcome Kit. Each card includes a code that enables your clients to try the Zoundz Music For Pets™ App FREE for 30 days.

Do I need an iOS or Android Device to use Zoundz?

Yes, you must have an available Android or iOS device to load and use the Zoundz Music For Pets™ app.

Yes, if your vet uses Zoundz you can reach out to them directly and request a “Gift Card” for a FREE 30 day trial of the Zoundz Music For Pets™ App.

Do I need an iOS or Android Device to use Zoundz?

Yes, the Zoundz app is currently only available on iOS and Android devices. We are always looking to add more devices though so please contact us at ZoundzForPets.com with specific requests.

Can I use Zoundz with my Google Home device(s)?

Yes, you can cast to your Google Home devices directly from the Zoundz App. Push the cast button within the app to select an eligible device. Remember that you can only cast to devices that are currently on the same Wi-Fi network as the device you are casting from.

How do I continue using my Zoundz Music For Pets™ subscription after the free trial period?

At any time, you can extend your Zoundz Music For Pets™ subscription by logging into the app and opening the menu. Select the “Subscribe Now” button and follow the directions to extend your Zoundz subscription.

How can I share Zoundz with my friends and family?

You can easily share Zoundz with your friends and family by opening the app, going to the menu, and selecting the “Share” option. From there, you will be presented with the available methods your device can access to share the app.
